Mr. Playtime

“Every hero needs a time-out.”

Abilities: Broadcast control • Temporal editing

Personal bio

Percy was once the smiling host of a beloved children's program. Through the Clicker, Mr. Playtime can pause movement, rewind brief moments, mute powers and trap victims inside deadly commercial breaks. To him, every city is a set, every hero is a guest and nobody leaves until the show reaches the ending he planned.
